Hi everyone

I´m having some problems with my current config. Whenever the system is running I randomly hear beeping noises (and I specifically don´t mean BIOS beeps). It is more kind of a high pitch frequency almost like a tintius. I have checked with other people and the sound is not in my imagination. I have already swapped the motherboard and PSU but the sounds still occcur.

The rig:

CPU: i5-9600K

GPU: Gigabyte RTX2070 Super

MB: Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master

RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro

SSD: 1TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus

PSU: Corsair RM750x

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i RGB Platinum SE

Maybe someone has had the same issue with one of these components. I disconnected the power supply for the CPU Cooler for a few seconds but the sounds continued so I don´t think that this part is the source. RAM was also swapped (still noch change in sound).

Wouldn't be surprised if its coming from the GPU since its well wouldn't say common but rather the usual suspect when it comes to high pitched sounds. Put some load on the graphics card and observe if the pitch of the coil whine changes.

My guess would be GPU coil wine or possibly a bad pump. There's no hard drive in the build?

No HDD

Thanks for the help!

OK so today I swapped every component that hadn´t been swapped before and found the source of the strange sound: It´s the CPU. As soon as I start a benchmark such as Cinebench the sound is gone. I put in a i3-9100F and the sound is gone, too. So thanks for the help everyone, I now finally have a quiet PC again.
