Hi,

I'm trying to build a budget PC and I'm not sure what GPU to use on my Ryzen 2200g.

What is the cheapest GPU that I can pair with my CPU that will not bottleneck performance? Will adding a GPU set aside my Vega 8 Graphics or will it improve it?

CPU: Ryzen 3 2200g
Motherboard: Asus prime a320m-k
RAM: 8GB HyperX FURY DDR4 2400MHz

Thanks for the reply. .

Do you have these components already?

What do you want to do with your system (what games, what resolution)?

if you want to add a gpu, don't get the 2200g, get a 1600af or 2600. much better cpu for the same price. for a gaming gpu, cheapest ones worth mentioning are rx570

The 1600AF is no longer a sub-100$ part so no point for going with it. However you can upgrade to the 3200G. New gen new process performance boost and you can pair it with 1650 super or an rx 5500 xt if you want. These two offer good 1080p gaming performance and will not bottleneck it in anyway

or wait for ryzen 3 3100 or 3300x for a few weeks. 1650 super and rx5500 have similar performance to a rx570 for 50% more money

I already have the Ryzen 3 2200g.

rx 570/580

if you can get rx 5500 XT used/ second hand/ good deal get that. rx 5500 XT is pretty much rx 580-590 with lower power usage and better features

rx 5500 XT is too expensive for me, it will cost more than $300 here(brand new). Would GTX 1050TI do?  $140 for GTX1050 TI here.

gtx 1050 ti is pretty bad. try to find rx570/580's used if there are no good deals. rx 570 4gb is much better than gtx 1050 ti
