Are u sure it's in the right PCIe slot ?

Check ur temperatures during load

if they are okay try to DDU the graphics driver in safe mode and reinstall.

and download the newest driver for the rtx 2060 and reinstall it after ddu

It is i putted high performance and everything dispaly s running at proper refresh rate 144 hz

it may be a problem with windows .... ( it happened to many people before you )

so as a last resort try to reset windows ...

after backing up your files to another driver or partition ( anything other than the boot drive )
