Aio problems

Weirdest thing I’ve ever experienced, I have the ml 120l aio and the fan isn’t spinning but everything is plugged in , I tried to just spin the fan with my hands but it’s like it’s locked in place and won’t spin. I unplugged the fan from mobo and then I can spin the fan with my hands. What is the issue here. It seems that the fan just locks up when I plug it in

That is weird.  The locked bit in particular.  Fan motors aren’t very powerful and they’re just little electromagnets.  even if the fan was spinning in one direction a finger should have enough power to push it in the opposite one.  I suspect something very wrong internally.

Do you have a place I can send you a video of it? I think its a bit hard to describe in text
