Building a PC and need some advice for parts. I will be mostly using it for school, my chrome tab addition, and games similar to BDO or league. I have a $2000 CAD budget and will not be overclocking it

Any suggestions will be appreciated thanks !

Terrible build all-round, the cpu is pointless, the cooler is overpriced, the case is missing components, you get it. Not to sound mean, but that isn't a good build by a long shot. Be back in 5 minutes

No offense taken. This is the first time attempting to build a PC and any suggestions and tips would be appreciated.

There's no price for the GPU currently but I found it on amazon for $423 usd, so for you it should be 600-650 CAD. This is the basis for the build. If you REALLY like a lot of chrome tabs and gaming at the same time, upgrade the RAM. the games youre playing seem to be less demanding, so I went with a rx 5700xt, instead of something like a 2080S which is better by maybe 10%-15%, but is like 1000 CAD. If you need more cpu power (for some reason, the 3600 is very solid), get a 3700x. Stock cooler because they're pretty good, and come with the cpu.

Is there a reason why you changed the GPU ? Not too familiar with this brand and would prefer an RGB build

AMD, INTEL, and NVIDIA are the primary manufacturers of Cpus/Gpus. AMD is th eonly one out of the three that does both. They also offer better value. If you like RGB, we can do a RGB cpu cooler, but I highly reccomened not to get anything over $75-100 CAD, it just isnt worth it. The build is semi-rgb, and I can make it slightly more. Brb

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/Broken_Gamer/saved/KZQYgs   To clarifiy, I changed the GPU because it's great value for what youre paying. I changed the Mobo to a "better" more rgb one, and Changed the CPU cooler to an rgb one, changed the RAM to rgb.
