I have a mechanical keyboard, Scoripon KG935, blue switches, and im wondering if i can switch them to red? Also they are removable because it came with 4 replacement switches.

Doesn't seem like they mention hotswappability as a feature.

Did it come with a tool that looks kind of like this?

Anyways, if you count desoldering and soldering in new switches, you could fit in Outemo Red switches. I say Outemo Red specifically, because Outemo keyswitch legs and narrower than the alternative keyswitches.

Just to be clear. It came with that tool, a metal like 'grabber'. Not to be confused with a plastic keycap puller?

You could try to pull out a single keyswitch to see if it's actually hotswappable. I would try a key you don't care much about; like start with the PauseBreak or ScrollLock key to see if it is able to hotswap.

Keep in mind you need to make sure the pins are not bent when inserting back in the keyswitch.

You could also order something else and file the keyswitch leg to the proper size ... I'm pretty sure it would be a teidius job tho.

I tried to open my outemu blue switches in the intend to maybe jailhouse them but I was quite afraid to break them ... Any advice to open outemu switches ?
