Powermac G4 1999 switch

Tadziunia

Hey guys, need help, started doing my own powermac g4 conversation to windows pc with new colors. I want to keep original power switch, but cable is different. How to modify it ? ive seen method by modifying original cable and using specific cables to make power switch and reset switch. But i can't find proper info which cables i should use. Seen some post, going to add photo from it. Is it correct way ? is he using correct pins ? why there is no reset - , only reset + used ? don't i need that

So I powermac g4. I was lazy, and just soldered directly into the each of the pins on the switches.

The mac doesn't have a reset button, but you can use one of the other buttons. But you realy don't need a reset button anyways.
