Which is the better combination?

I currently have two sticks of DDR4 3200 cl16 ram and a ryzen 3700x.

I game at 1440p ultrawide 100hz

would it be better to upgrade the RAM to 3600 and get a RTX 2070super or keep the current ram and get a RTX 2080 super?
