You don't use USD in the Philippines, and the website isn't in USD. Why did you give your budget in USD? Makes no sense at all.

It's probably a good idea to wait for the 3100 and 3300X which will be available on the 21st of May.

If they don't, that would be a really stupid decision on their part since the B550 motherboard will be available on June 16th, almost a month after the CPU has been released.
