I'm looking for a way to run MSDT.EXE as network diagnostics.

I'm looking for a way to run MSDT.EXE as network diagnostics.When i run MSDT.EXE i get this:   but when i open it when i press troubleshoot problems when i press the wifi icon on the task bar:

I'm making this software that will help people with wifi problems and i need to MSDT as the network diagnostics tool and not ask for the paskey.

msdt.exe /id NetworkDiagnosticsNetworkAdapter
