i5-9600k Overclocking issue

My i5-9600k was overclocked to 5ghz at 1.3v
I added an ssd and the bios rescalled it to default settings.

Now, it's unstable at 1.3v and at astable 1.31v it's giving around 80-90 points less in Cinebench R20 and also it's running hotter at 83C where it did more score at 75C
Where's the issue?

did room temperature increase or what? These things get less stable when they get hotter.

Yup temps are higher due to summer

then that's normal, shows how "barely stable" it is at 1.3v

This attempt was at 1.3v and it's holding
I had to drop the room temp to have this. In winter, I uesd to get 2917+

Just so you know, slight instability causes drop in performance before it outright crashes. I doubt you'll finish Prime95 an hour test then

even if you turn down the overclock? I dont remember Prime95 pumping out errors just for stopping the workload though
