Galaxy buds issues

this is totally bs, I got my first pair of galaxy buds 6 months ago and had issues with the left bud being extremely quiet compared to the right bud. I exchanged them and now my second pair is also having left bud problems, it is very low sound and also muffled but right bud is fine. I don't want to request a third pair to have the same thing happen. Does anyone know a fix

This may sound stupid, but are you sure it's the earbuds that are having the issues and not your own ear?

Have you been able to ask someone else to possibly try out the earbuds and judge them.

 

Otherwise I would try the 'obvious' stuff too, such as connecting to a different device, trying out different earbud pieces, etc.

Its definitely the earbuds because I've plugged in other buds and they work just fine
