Why is my graphics card get less FPS then a graphics card worse then mine ?

So I got a 2060 super recently and I was talking to some people and on fortnite they’re getting almost 300 FPS during endgame and I’m barley getting 240 FPS regularly. They other people have a 2060 and I have a 2060 super, how does this make sense? PLEASE HELP

 

GPU- 2060 super

CPU- Ryzen 5 3600

Settings or Background applications?

Also make sure your BIOS/drivers/firmware are up to date.

And make sure the sources are credible - there are loads of fake performance videos on youtube

my drivers are up to date and the only thing I have open in the background is discord but I'm getting mad cuz this doesn't make sense

Again, you might be looking at fake videos.

I wasn't looking at a video, I was talking to someone who has a 2060

same settings/resolution/driver settings/power settings/BIOS/memory speed?
