Need help with choosing a ram for my amd 3700x

Im building my pc and i have set the AMD Ryzen 7 3700x 3600 MHz to be my processor, but i have 2 options for the RAM:

HyperX Predator DDR4 RGB 3200MHz CL16 DIMM XMP

or

RAM DIMM  DDR4 KINGSTON HYPERX FURYBLACK  2666MHZ

I want to know which one would be better talking about the syncronizathion with the  processor,.

Do you really need 64GBs of RAM, or even 32?

2666MHz is pretty slow for Zen 2 so I'd advise against it.

Desktop: Intel Core i9-9900K | ASUS Strix Z390-F | G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3200MHz CL14 | EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra | Corsair RM650x | Fractal Design Define R6

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+

I dont know if i would have trouble if i got the 2666mhz 64gb instead of the 3200 32gb, which one woyuld you recommend?

AMD likes fast ram so I would go for 3020

3200 CL16 or 3600 CL18 (or CL16 if you get a good deal on one), go for whichever's cheaper where you're buying from. Make sure to get two sticks though, and run them in dual-channel (so a 2x8GB kit, for 16GB).

16GB should be enough for most people, certainly for most gaming systems.
