you can expect up to around 3600-3733mhz work with the XMP rating.

if you want to spend 300$ on a board. take a look at the Unify, its a better Taichi board, which was previously the go-to for 300$

edit: i otherwise would recommend spending far less on a lower end x570 board like the Prime P. or grabbing a good B450 board.

RAM speed wise, 3600MHz to 4000MHz will be my pick. You can manually try different combinations of infinity fabric frequency and memory data rate in 1:2 ratio and see how high you can go
