PC Building noob in need

Built my first pc yesterday and i was excited to us it today but my ram wont run at the rated speed.

its a 32 gig kit @ 3600MHz. When i enable the DOCP profile in bios i get an error and boot into safe mode. my ram is on the supported list on my motherboard's website.

when i enable docp i get this warning

running on a ryzen 3700x (4 GHz) no overclock, ASUS Prime X570-P, gskill ripjaws 32gig that is rated at 3600 MHz but wont boot at that speed, boot drive is a WD Black SN750 NVMe SSD

thank you so much. ive been stressing over this for the past day and i could not figure it out.
