Find the executable

, remove all permissions from it for all users so it can't run and reboot

 

Then find the exe and delete it

 

or you could do it the unadventurous way and just use AV to fix it

i hit remove in windows defender

He was alluding to the file that the antivirus identified not the name of the trojan. Did you manage to get it cleaned?
