I'm looking to purchase a GPU but everyone I find I seem to run into PSU recommendation issues. I'm looking to get the best bang for my buck for possibley reaching 144hz in the future. I am currently using a friend's Zotac 1050ti over clocked to get just at 60fps in warzone but I need to return this GPU to it's owner.

My current setup
Mobo: Asus b450f gaming
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3600x @4.25
Cooler: Corsair h100i pro rgb
Ram: Corsair vengeance RGB 16gb(2x8) 3600mhz
PSU: Corsair rm650x
Storage: 1tb Western digital HDD/ 240gb burst SSD (boot drive)
Fans: I have 6 in total I don't know all the spec on them.
Case: Corsair carbide spec-04
Monitor: Asus vg245h 1080p 75hz
Mouse: Corsair Harpoon RGB
Keyboard: Kemove 60% mechanical RGB

I really hope you can help me with this and if you do I will greatly appreciate it.

Thanks
Justin B.

Without a budget to help, I will say just get a 5700XT or a 2070 Super.  Those are good bank for the buck cards.  (My personal opinion on bang for the buck)

You have the Corsair RM650X, I don't think that PSU will be an issue with most videocards.

At 1080p? An RX 5700 / RTX 2060 Super or better would be able to achieve that (1080p144Hz in Warzone and most other games).

I'm looking at the 5700xt or 2060 super but the recommended PSU says 750 minimum that was my concern.

@Quad Do you plan on doing heavy overclocking?

I am running a Ryzen 5 3600 with a 2070 Super on a 550W PSU - no issues.   The max draw is supposed to be around 400W, so the 550W is still fine.  You have a 650W PSU, you should be fine.

No shouldn't have a need to. The 5700xt should perform at the fps I want and need at the time on factory settings.
