Monitor hickups

Hey guys, ich recently built my first PC and now everything runs smooth and nice except for one thing where my screen occasionally starts to freeze for a second, this happens sporadically and sometimes many times back to back and sometimes once every minute (I will attach 2 short clips where you can see it happen) 

I can't seem to put my finger on it what could be the cause so I would like to ask for your expertise because this gets very annoying 

 

If this helps for some reason these are my components 

 

Ryzen 7 3800x -> cpu

MSI MEG x570 unify -> mobo

XFX 5700xt Thicc III -> GPU

Acer EI272URP -> monitor
