800$ MOBO, CPU, GPU combo suggestions?

Looking to upgrade the core components of my system for around 800$ Im just tryna game as fast as possible.

Suggestions??

MSI Z120 Krait Edition LGA1151, I7 4790 3.6 Ghz, 16 gb DDR3 RAM, GTX 970 Founders, WD Green 2tb, Crucial 256gb SSD, NZXT Phantom Case (System Build 6 Years Old)

So, that means you want to re-use your DDR3 memory, is that correct?

only for MOBO CPU GPU for 800$ best options are Ryzen 5 3600 (cheap and REALLY all you need to not be bottle necked by a cpu for gaming) , b450 tomahawk max (a classic everyone recommends , one of the best mobos for 125$) , Rx 5700 xt (450$) or if u can squeeze and rtx 2070 super (500$+) would be even better.
