if i choose Define xl radiators  will be 420
if i choose Thermaltake A700 radiators will be 1x360 and 1x 420mm

Also depends on the radiator thickness. 

 

The A700's 420 rad would probably have to be a standard 27mm thick, because with a fan it would extend towards whatever GPU you're using (examples of similar builds can be found on PC-O11D's). 

 

The Define 7 XL doesnt have rad thicknesses listed, but based on past Define R6 builds I've seen it's likely you could do push/pull on front and top at least with slim rads, possibly one of them being a thicker variant (38mm, 55mm, 60mm)

the radiator is 45mm now can i do push pull ?

in the front of the case yes,The top i fully think you can also.That case is bigger then it looks,The core of it is a view 71 with new panels stuck on it.Now push pull on a 45mm rad is overkill to me,I would only go push pull on a 60mm or thicker but its up to you.
