2080ti - MSI Trio waterblock

I was wondering what the difference is between these two blocks, is the metal plate for reinforcing it or something?

Are there any other good waterblocks for it?

It's just the look, EKWB has split their product line between the classic and quantium series where the quantum are more "premium" wheras the classic is more "no-frills". However they will perform very similar.
