it's the mainboard, right?

Jappo

Hi everybody!

So I just fetched an old PC from the basement, trying to fix it up and salvage it.

problem I have is, nothing is happening.

like literally not even a single LED is lighting up. nowhere.

I already tried the PSU. it works just fine and also the PSU from my own PC doesn't bring any light into the dark.

so... the only other option is the mainboard, right?

because every other component, if broken, would maybe prohibit a post or some performance issues,

but not send the whole thing into the dark ages, would it?

(just hoping for confirmation, since I don't have anything else lying around, so the only way for me to find out for real is to actually buy a replacement.)

thanks for your time!

I... just read through the "read before asking" post.

guess that answers that. thanks anyway.

but ey, here's proof that stupid questions exist.

(how do you delete shit?)
