Budget build for second residence

Hello, I am looking at creating a secondary build I can keep in Washington state when I am away from my main rig at my primary residence. I am trying to stay under $500 and would prefer less. My main goal is to be able to run Rust on medium settings. I also play Warcraft 3, league, europa universalis 4, and dead by daylight. I already have a case, but I am looking for something to put inside it. I don't need any peripherals. I have my current list but would also appreciate some feedback!
