Assuming this is a gaming focused PC, and that the monitor/mouse/keyboard is to be purchased separately:

CPU for best gaming value in this price bracket, decent cooler for overclocking or good PBO performance, motherboard that's compatible out of the box and has decent VRM heat sinks, cheap DDR4 3200 (3600 isn't always easy to hit on affordable B450 boards), cheap 1TB NVMe SSD (cheaper SATA SSDs are all cacheless), RTX 2080 ti (duh), NZXT H510 because it's easy to build in and has acceptable airflow, extra fan for improved airflow, and a PSU that's high ranked on our tier list, with enough wattage to reasonably upgrade to a 12 or 16 core CPU in the future if non-gaming needs crop up.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

1. I picked the 3800x over the 3700x because it has higher clocks and fits in the budget

2. An aio is typically quieter and performs better than air cooling

3. Going with an x570 board future proofs your rig

4. Trident Z Neo was specifically designed with ryzen in mind, making it faster and more reliable

5. This rig does include an M.2 drive, which is the easiest storage to install while taking the least amount of space (also usually faster than regular sata)

6. Added an extra 2Tb of storage just cause

7. The "super" variants of Nvidia cards usually perform about the same as the next tier card while being cheaper (2070 super roughly equal to 2080)

8. Case has some clean looks while providing some decent airflow

9. going with the 750 watt ensures you have headroom to OC, upgrade components, or add components in the future
