can you turn off you pc of while folding, or put it to sleep?

wil it save alle the data?

Yes, your progress is saved every so often and when you turn your PC on again, it can continue the WU.

How often it saves progress can be set in Advanced Control (search for 'fahcontrol') > Configure > Advanced > Checkpointing Frequency

Default is every 5 minutes.

Do keep in mind when a WU is sat there and you're not folding, it does decrease the amount of points you get. If you let it to for too long, that's also not good for F@H, because essentially they may think you have given up and they have to give the WU to someone else.

But if you just turn off your PC at night, that won't happen.

Yes but it will stop folding. Until you turn it back on.

Best to hit the Pause button and let it clean up before shutting down.

You'll lose lots of points though if you care about them.
