please tell me what u think is good and what is bad and why and how to fix it

gskill ripjaws v ddr4 3600mhz 16gb(2x8gb)

CX550M

EVGA geforce rtx 2060 ko ultra gaming

phanteks p300

arctic p14 pwm 72.8cfm 140mm x 3   (2 at front, one on top, one more at back from case

SATA SSD and hdd from local store

should i get a wifi adapter that also had bluetooth 4.0 on it?

Im trying for a black theme and a clean look

should i get rgb LEDs?

1 - Ryzen 5 1600AF (basically a cheap 2600) or 3600. The 2600X is not worth it
2 - you can save a bit by getting an ASRock Pro4 or Steel Legend and put it towards a 3600
3 - CX550 is better than the CXM 550 - get that. Modularity isn't a vital necessity.
4 - the RX 5600 XT or RX 5700 are both better (or cheaper) than a 2060. Look at prices and compare. The 5600 XT is cheaper for the same performance and the 5700 is the same price for notably better performance.
5 - get the largest capacity SSD you can and don't bother with HDDs
6 - Wi-Fi is optional. If you don't need it/have ethernet, I'd spend the money on a better CPU, faster memory, better GPU or larger SSD
7 - RGB is a waste of money. Unless you have extra money - don't bother
