Bright PC monitor

Hi everyone!

 

I'm looking to replace my current monitor with one  brighter.

I have an eye condition which restricts my field of view so I can't have a wide monitor, 24 inches is the limit.

Also I have difficulties with low light environments, this includes low brightness monitors.

 

So I was wondering if you could help me out finding a 24 inches monitor with a brightness superior to 400 cd/m²? If it is 120 or 144 hz FHD or 1440p it is a plus.

 

I intend on spending 350 € (I'm in the EU) maximum, but if there's no reference at that price point I would understand.
