Looking to buy a budget motherboard with AMD Ryzen 2600x or 2700x/3600, etc more.

Because It's my first time to buy a new PC Gaming Desktop, but not normal or work.

I am trying to find the best budget for a motherboard with CPU and Air Cooler, RAM, etc.

Also, I am looking for quiet more for CPU Cooler and no noise.

And If SSD Samsung 860 1TB is really worth as faster than any SSD. If I didn't know maybe. I'm also looking for that over SSD 1TB only. But I'm not interested in HDD or SSD, SSHD low storage.

About a case. I don't really know what is the best case, like sharkoon.

NOTE: It would be easier if I knew your actual budget, and what kind of gaming you want to do.  For example, if you want to game in 1080p, or 1440p then you'll be getting completely different answers.  For most budget builds, 1080p is usually the option. Let me know what you're trying to do, and I could dial in a more concise list for you. 

 

Case - Whatever case you want.  Check reviews for build quality and make sure it has features you want.  Some cases are more difficult to build in, considering this is your first build, you might want to find one that's easy to work in.  I have no experience with Sharkoon cases, so I can't weigh in on that choice.  

 

CPU - the 3600 is kind of the king of budget PC builds right now.  I will say this, pairing it with an RX580 might be a bit of a waste.  If the 580 is your GPU budget, then I'd say save some money and go with a 2600.  A good rule of thumb, your GPU can be around 30 to 40% of your budget, if you're going to be gaming.

 

CPU Cooler - The stock cooler that comes with the 3600 is just fine honestly.  I did a build for a friend using it a few months back, it's very quiet.  I'd say try the stock cooler to begin with, if you need something nicer once you're finished you can always add one later.  If quiet is your goal, look into Be Quiet or Noctua options. 

 

MOTHERBOARD - Here, you'll have to do some research, and it'll depend on the options you want/need and what your budget is.  IF you go with the 3600, then PERSONALLY I'd suggest springing for an X570 board.  Budget X570 boards are only a little bit more expensive than the B450 Tomahawk that a lot of people suggest, and it might be worth it to you.  The B450 Tomahawk will work just fine though. 

 

MEMORY - You listed single sticks, you will want to use two sticks to take advantage of these CPU's supporting Dual Channel Memory.  So getting TWO 8GB Sticks will actually get you a better experience than one 16GB stick.  Especially if you go with the 3600 CPU you will want a minimum of 3200 speed and a maximum of 3600 speed RAM.  Any decent Memory Kit you can afford within that speed range will be great.  Don't worry about springing for super expensive RAM with super low CL timings, because it's not worth it in most cases. 

 

STORAGE - Go with an M.2 SSD, they are easier to install, and not much more than a standard 2.5" drive.  SSD's are so reasonably priced these days, I don't even bother suggesting mechanical drives to people anymore, just get SSDs.  Start with a 500GB one to load your OS on and that'll get you started on a game library.  If you need more down the road, just look for deals on other M.2 1TB drives to buy, and add them into your system very easily.  I have three 1TB M.2 SSD's in my current system, I just wait until I see one on sale and buy it.  I think I paid like $80 for the last one. 

 

VIDEO CARD - Like I said earlier, pairing an RX580 with a Ryzen 3000 series CPU is quite a mismatch.  If you're focus is 1080p gaming, then the 580 is a decent enough card, but you could take the money you're saving by not buying a cooler to begin with and putting that into your GPU to get you something along the lines of a 5700

 

PSU - Check the list, find the one in one of the nicer tiers you can afford.

1. Note Black ops 3, Overwatch, League of legends, Plan to play Horizon Zero Dawn until release in summer, etc new game.

2. Case I don't have a choice a good for case. But sharkoon looks pretty good at model and RGB. I don't know.

If you're going with Ryzen, always go for dual channel ram - so 2x8Gb or 2x16gb etc etc.

There is a visible performance gain between the two - dual is just better.

If you have extra budget try getting a 5600XT (This if you don't mind the worse cooler to save €25) or maybe the RX 5700.

Just to add, the cooler like was mentioned before can be bought afterwards in case the stock one is too loud for you, if the stock is quiet enough you save €50, if it isn't you can get a quiet cooler like the Fuma 2.

Sorry man, but You'd be better off with less RAM but 3600 speed.  Zen 2 works best with RAM between 3200 - 3600Mhz  Unless you are going to overclock your RAM.
