Posted April 29, 2013 The Corsair A70 will probably beat the older C12 design at the higher heatloads of an overclocked CPU. However, the C12 has the benefit of cooling the surrounding socket area, keeping your VRM and chipset cooler, and also having pretty good DIMM support (you can fit 4.5CM tall modules under it), the A70 may interfere with the first slot depending on the motherboard.
