Corsair A70 Or Noctua Nh-c12p Se14?

Veltrix

Which should I get, which will give me the best thermal performance, and I have a Define R4 so clearance will not be an issue.

-Thanks

Noctua's will give the best performance, but have a... unique colour scheme

The Noctua will give the A70 a belting plus it's much more quieter.

The Corsair A70 will probably beat the older C12 design at the higher heatloads of an overclocked CPU. However, the C12 has the benefit of cooling the surrounding socket area, keeping your VRM and chipset cooler, and also having pretty good DIMM support (you can fit 4.5CM tall modules under it), the A70 may interfere with the first slot depending on the motherboard. I personally use a C12 with P14 fan (pre C12P SE14).
