My single GTX 680 can do a lot of games in Surround at max settings with AA off. But some super hard core graphic games it will only do about 30 on max settings. (metro last light, Tomb Raider, Battlefield 4) I was able to play Bioshock infinity on max setting with AA off in Surround just fine. So 2 770 should do pretty well but you will hit a video memory bottleneck tho.

I will say this. Surround has this super cool factor but in practice its not all that great. I now recommend better, higher resolution, single monitor over surround.

Yes, you will, but I would use a two GTX 770s with 4GB just to make sure that there will be enough frame buffer. An other option would be to just buy a GTX 780TI for roughly the same price.
