Laptop cpu or desktop cpu

I dont sure whether to buy

a laptop with mobile cpu i7 9750h(lehion y540) 

Or

A laptop with desktop cpu i5 9400 in the same price range(Clevo n957tc) ? 

Both use gtx 1660ti,144 hz screen, 16gb  ram.

You'd probably be better off with the Legion, although I believe @Jurrunio would have more expertise.

Which was one of our custom laptop buiilder. It comes with desktop cpu i5 9400 which i think offer more value than mobile cpu i7 9750h.

Hi, In my opinion the i5 might be a little bit cooler + you'll get a full size CPU with greater power.
