Can kind of check the spread here, Wouldn't bet on getting more than 5% overall unless you have a golden die and memory

5700 XT is not a great overclocker, you will not get very much extra performance on the vast majority of units. If you want to OC, go for it but its not really worth it imo when the performance gain is so minimal anyhow

2100-2150 is basically the maximum, not bad really.

Try memory from 900MHz, havent seen samples go past 950MHz so I assume that's really difficult

Usually 920 is where it starts getting unstable.

 

As far as total overclocking potential, I can get around 15% extra performance out of mine by raising the power limit to +35%, and raising the core speed limit and voltage to maximum.
