Mic headphones wont work when connected to the actual headset

When i try to connect my Microphone to my PC trough my headphones it detects nothing, I got a pair of Corsair HS35 Stereo.

The mic is detachable, connected it directly to the PC, trough speakers, works fine, when i try plugging them into the actual headset nothing happens.

Tried using them with a phone and other PC's and they work great.

Spent hours trying to troubleshoot them.

Atm im trying to use them trough my monitor's HDMI connection (Samsung U28E590) Also tried using my other monitor (Asus VS228)

I cant think of anything i can do so i decided to post here in hopes that someone can help.
