Acer XB271HU Missing Settings

I recently purchased an Acer XB271HU monitor and while I was setting it up I noticed that some of the settings shown in the manual are missing from my monitor. The monitor is supposed to include an overclock setting that sets the refresh rate to 165Hz but that option as well as the ULMB option do not show up. I am using the Display Port cable that came with the monitor and it is plugged into an RTX 2070. Does anyone have any idea why I am missing these settings? I have included a screenshot of the manual and a photo of my monitor to show the issue.

NVM, 2nd and 3rd are manual Screenshots. What happens when you use HDMI?

When I use HDMI I get the exact same menu, the settings are still missing.
