I NEED HELP

Title says a lot, I'm about ready to throw my PC out the window and start new. PLEASE any information on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

My setup is: 

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x 8-core

Motherboard: Aorus x470 

GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

Power Supply: Evga 650w

SSD: Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500GB

HDD: 2TB Seagate 

Ram: 2 8GB Trident Z

 

I've been having problems with random blue screen crashes since the second month of having built this computer. Computer wont shut down completely and reboot on restart and the VGA light turns on. Also, games like COD Warzone and Apex crash; whereas games like League of Legends don't. 

I have tried replacing the Motherboard and CPU with:

MSI MPG Z390m Gaming Edge AC LGA1151

Intel Core i5-9600KF

But couldnt get the system to boot correctly and gave up on that.

I have also tried a different graphics card (not sure what kind it was), different PCI 6+2 cable, different PCI slot on my Aorus Motherboard. All with the same problems.

I'm really at a loss and have no idea what to do. I don't know much about computers so any help would be much appreciated.

Looks like you've tried replacing everything except the SSD. Try removing it from the system and installing the OS to the hard drive instead. If problems stop it means SSD is corrupted or damaged which is unfortunately pretty common for Samsung drives. GL 

he/she hasn't tried the ram either, or even specified the make and model.

Tried running it with just one ram stick at a time, maybe its a dodgy stick.

I used to have issues like the ones mentioned. Turns out I either had faulty ram or a brand/speed that was poorly supported by my board. Switched from Ripjaws V 2666 to Ballistix 3200 and haven't had a problem since. Maybe check your board manufacturer's website for a memory compatibility sheet?

Adding to that, maybe a RAM slot on the motherboard itself is at fault too.

RAM issues are a pain in the ass to diagnose. Not to mention lengthy.

you may be a genius. I tried one stick in slots 1, 2, and 3 and computer would still not boot after restart. Tried again in slot 4 and it worked! Other stick of ram is now in slot 2 and so far no problems.
