Monitor bug I need help with!

Okay so. 

Got this monitor about a year ago, it is an Acer XG270HU

With the screenshots below, you can see it looks like the monitor picture my task bar and is putting it in every screen, I don't know how to explain this correctly, but I know it is the monitor because when I take a screenshot in the computer, it's not there. It's like ghosting the task bar for some reason

 

Is my monitor dying ? lmao

Screen burn in.

 

does it appear when you are in the bios as well?

Burn in is permanent. It happens when a single image / part of an image is left on a screen for too long. LED panels like your are susceptible to it. It is a common issue across many devices.

Watch this video in  full screen for 8 hours,  it may help.
