Co-op game like ac or some sort of action strategy

I would love a co op ac game but sadly there is none (apart from unity) so recommend me a game.

 

i want it to be some sort of strategy but action game, so me and my friends have to navigate individually around a house e.g like in ac and work together. I’d rather it have some sort of story also not like just rainbow 6 siege 100% shooting but like interesting mechanics or something.

 

any suggestions?

Division 2 is still on sale, I'm playing it right now while off of university with my roommate. Tons of fun
