Interesting. So you were NOT sent to the BIOS?

What does that mean

BIOS (basic input, output system). It is a screen with a lot of info about your hardware and settings for your hardware. ill attach the one corresponding to your mobo.

Ok, last idea. Make sure everything in your pc is plugged in and in place. Then as soon as you hit the power button, i want you to spam the delete (DEL) key until that picture i sent you before shows up. Don't stop spamming delete. if nothing shows up after 1 minute, stop and see if something showed up. If not, turn off your pc and try once more. That's how you launch the BIOS.

Thank you for the help but it didn't work. I have to get to this screen and then press delete. This was the screen that showed up briefly yesterday Screenshot_20200318_075127.thumb.jpg.e58974ae8941c0ca239074b4e2f488a9.jpg

It's not a problem (I don't think with my bios not booting up) because theres a screen that comes up before that and asks you to input the bios key and that isn't comping up and that means it's a problem with my computer not displaying an image( most of the time)

Didn't expect that. I suppose you can try pressing del key when on that screen. Well first, do you have a windows installation tool on a usb?

Ok. If your positive everything is connected up in the pc, try contacting asus directly? They will know more about their product.
