A part of the flap that holds my ethernet port in, has broken off. Can i fix this with superglue?

If you are referring to the cable end (keystone) and it's just a simple patch cable they are cheap, it would be easier to just get a new cable. As a temporary fix you can use tape to hold the cable in place if it comes out easily.

I'm assuming it's one of those low profile ones that flip down to get you a full sized port? Take a photo of the port that may be easier.

Long as you can get it positioned correctly you could glue it in place with it open to accept a cable at any time.
