cant reach rated memory speed

what about dram calculator, the moment i use 3000 with its `SAFE` settings i get no post

dont use DRAM calculator, just apply DOCP/XMP and force 3000MHz

Did you refer to the motherboard to know which RAM slots to install into?

And Ryzen 2000 can absolutely run 3600MHz.  Maybe not all, but certainly enough.  Though the mobo may be what's holding OP back.

I have my 2600 at 3200, wont post ant higher. But, not all that knowledge about OC'ing RAM

First: are the RAM sticks in slots A2-B2? :) (2nd and 4th slots counted from the CPU...) 

If not, place them there.
