I have an EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti FTW2. No overclocked applied until i play some games.

Control panel setting is "prefer maximum performance" on power (System power options at high performance as well) and texture filtering - quality setting is "high performance"

Here is a photo of idle temps just opened now. Do note one fans spins every 10-15 seconds due to the control panel settings...I assume.

Yea? 60's is fine... Good even. Is that what your asking? Low 60's is fantastic!

Are these idle of load though? Usually idle the fans won't even spin... But if this is load, thats great!

Yeah, just making sure. I thought so. I just didn't know if I needed to re-paste or anything. However fantastic is fantastic. Thank you.

I'd suggest just using "Optimal Power" instead of "Prefer Maximum Performance" as it doesn't really make a difference in terms of performance in most games and your card won't be running in a higher power state at idle when it really doesn't need to. Your idle temps will most likely also drop if you change this.
