Good mITX B450 board?

Are there any good b450 mITX boards around the price of the MSI Tomahawk MAX?
Here are the parts I want to use in it:
AMD Ryzen 3700X
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB or G.Skill Trident Z Neo Series RGB 16GB

EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 KO (or other 2060 near $300 USD)
Crucial P1 1TB SSD or Sabrent Rocket 1TB

 

I already had a Fractal Node 304 (I think) and I love the size and compactness of it. Otherwise I will go with the Tomahawk MAX and a Phantex P300 (I think this is an ok case?) I want to upgrade from the system listed below.

Somewhat off topic on this post but is CL 18 memory too slow, or will it do fine? I know that CL 16 is the standard, but it seems much more expensive.

How do the features compare to the Tomahawk MAX? Are the VRMs good enough for a decent overclock, and is the maximum ram speeds being 3466 a limitation? I also saw a Gigabyte board for the same price, is this any good? For a mITX Ryzen 3000 system, am I better off saving for a X570 mITX or using the MAX?

You can look that up in their sites, they disclose these things. Just note that ITX boards cannot compete with ATX boards (that arent the cheap ones) here due to low board space.

for 6 core and 8 core yes, not that you can oc much if at all on Zen 2

I dont think they tested any 3rd gen CPU before giving that number

X570 one or B450 one? Because the X570 one is great, the B450 one is terrible

the Max is not an ITX board so it can't compare at all

In general X570 ITX boards are better performing, but worse priced (price to performance as well)

Unless you need them, no. Max board comes with BIOS preflashed for 3rd gen and BIOS flashback, i.e. BIOS flashing without compatible CPU (so does the standard Tomahawk) while the B450 ITX boards dont.
