This is genus! I think Twitch.tv would largely benefit from this technology especially at peak times or when lets say a tournament is live streamed, meaning that the given 100k people would share the stream with each other letting everyone watch it smoothly and Twitch servers wouldn't be bombarded.

This is a pretty cool thing to do. It means that a streamer with a slow internet will be able to stream to many users. :)
