Hey GP, what are you planning on filling it with? Especially cooling wise? It will help others advise you.

I'm an IT System Admin with 15+ years worth of XP, plus I've been tinkering computers since I was old enough to hold a screwdriver, so I usually know what I'm talking about.

yes. is it bad?

Not necessarily , just if you're worried about which case is best for you, I'm surprised that you're not interested in having a better heatsink on your CPU. Airflow over a small stock heatsink will only take you so far.

I just got an mx330g, I have been incredibly impressed with it.  It has great cable management, and even comes with a lot of cable ties.  I have not had many other cases to compare it with though.

It'll do if you're not looking to overclock and aren't worried about noise.

I built a system for a friend recently with the standard wraith stealth cooler on his ryzen 3600. The fan was a bit noisy for my liking.

To answer the original question, I like NZXT cases from an aesthetic perspective and find them to me a nice tidy and user friendly case to work with.

This should be about equal to the original Hyper 212 based on appearance, which is good enough for the R5 2600.

Though it's not on this list yet, there's a lot of coolers here that you should consider (Tier 6 for the "Better Hyper 212")

Gammaxx is a line from Deepcool. Why are you suggesting to not go with their coolers?

The proper name of the cooler doesn't include RGB and is just Gammaxx GT.

Are these all parts that you haven't purchased yet? I'd recommend going for a 3600 if possible and asking the store for a board with the bios updated for 3000 series.

For great airflow, I'd recommend the P400A.

If you aren't particularly sensitive to noise, I'd recommend trying out the stock cooler first. You can always decide to replace it later down the road if you're not satisfied.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

gammaxx comes from Deepcool?  I did not know that.  I would certainly not be opposed to them then.  xD
