I have to network cable one is Cat 6 other is Cat 6e, Cat 6 is connected to my PC and Cat 6e to my printer. My question is that is there any difference between Cat 6a and Cat 6e or are they same, 2nd question is that should I swap the cables or let it be. Have 8 Mbps VDSL internet connection on copper line.

No difference.

Cat6 is good for 5 gbps for 100 meters and 10gbps up to around 55 meters.

Cat6e is good for 10gbps up to 100 meters.

Your printer barely needs 10mbps so it won't care what cable you use.

Even cat5e would work just fine.

Cat6e. The e stands for enhanced.

Cat6a. The a stands for augmented.

Both are meant to be improvements to the Cat6 standard for mitigating cross-talk and loss of signal to help increase bandwidth over longer distances.

As mariushm said though for a printer you really don't need either even if the run was a full 100m. A printer doesn't need much bandwidth at all.
