I want to ask you if I should upgrade my graphics card and does it worth it?

It doesn't give us a specific type of card. it jsut says 6900 series. if it's a 6970 it's still pretty relevant even today. What kind of games do you play?

Overclock that 2600K, and then buy a 780 or 780Ti

Could just flash a 6950 to a 6970? Same thing.

it may or may not work... Not all cards are the lucky ones...

In any case upgrading to something like a 770 or 780 would be significant.

Depends if he has that much to spend- OP, what's your budget?
