Cannot hear caller: two 6s Plus together

I'm now fixing my 2 grandparents' iPhone 6s Plus cannot hear caller, I tried to go to Acesiblitty and turn off Noise Cancelling both of the 6s Plus. I tried also 1 turn off 1 turn on also 1 turn on 1 turn off. Now I'm back with no ideas. Anyone can help me?

You sure it's not a hardware level issue. Did you do any hardware inspection?

Try to run a hardware diagnostic test on both of them. See if the actual hardware is intact or not

How to do that and also It only happend between these phone so if my phone called one of the 2 6s, there is no problem but when these 2 6s call each other, the problem happend

So if a another phone calls the 6s, it's audible?
