RuJuRa

I need a case for a semi silent build and it will be my first build so maiby a BIT bigger than needed, also I am on a pretty tight budget, 100 is okay, 150 is a little expensive and 200 is WAY too much! But thanks ahead!

Define R6.

Or buy low power components that can be passively cooled, that's silent.

I have to fit in a R3600 and thats not gonna passively cool it self so thats not a option and define r6 is a little expensive, is there a cheaper alternative maiby? I don't have that much budget :(

You didn't tell us your budget, so I suggested a very viable case.

Also, where are you?

We can't just read your mind as to your money situation or where you are... sure we can assume based on your user name, but that's racial profiling and usually incorrect :)

I did tell the budget: 100 is okay, 150 a little expensive. But 200 way too much! And a thing I did forget is where I am ordering from, its an Estonian site called arvutitark.ee

And it was a very good suggestion, It was my first choice but then it was a bit too expensive.

Btw thanks for the suggestion :)

Location and currency matters. The R6 is anywhere from $110-150 USD in America, but in other countries it could be more. Hence why the R6 isboth viable and not viable. Details are important!

Here's a Fractal Design Define C / Define R6 clone

https://arvutitark.ee/est/tootekataloog/Arvutikomponendid-Korpused-Mid-Tower-korpused/Kolink-Tranuility-Midi-Tower-schwarz-gedammt-474636

A corsair 270R

Pure base 600. This one really focuses on noise suppression at the cost of airflow, so if you're looking to overclock or have a work station, this might not be the best option.

The original Define S for 80 euro is still a good deal

https://arvutitark.ee/est/tootekataloog/Arvutikomponendid-Korpused-Mid-Tower-korpused/FRACTAL-DESIGN-Define-S-Black-FD-CA-DEF-S-BK-161656

However in the 130-150 euro range we can find the newer Define S2 and the Phanteks P600S, both of which are great cases for both silence and airflow (and really selectable with the P600S with the removable front plate)

Keep in mind; three things contribute more to system noise than any other components; fans, coil whine and Hard drives. Cases like the ones I've listed can really help with Hard drive and coil whine noise since they have noise suppression foam panels that can help block higher pitched frequencies, but when it comes to fans, your choice of fan as well as how you regulate them are the most important parts in making a "silent" case (that doesnt overheat!) Hence, you can make a case that's all mesh really quiet by choosing good fans and/or controlling how fast they spin, as demonstrated here:

This was SUPER useful, thank you so much! This has basically finalized my first builds basket!
