ROG Strix x570-i gaming system panel headers

I'm trying to figure out which way to plug in the headers, like which way to place the + and - on there? The manual  doesn't say which way to put them.

If you're looking at the connectors this way with the text facing you, then Right would be + and Left would be -

Quote or Tag people so they know that you've replied.
